GREYKITE APPOINTS FORMER BOUWINVEST CIO AS SENIOR ADVISOR
GREYKITE, the independent European real estate investment firm, announces that it has appointed Stephen Tross to the role of Senior Advisor. With a 35-year track record of operating within the international real estate arena, Stephen brings extensive experience combining financial discipline, governance, investment and capital markets insight.
Most recently, he was Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and a board member for Bouwinvest, the Dutch institution with c.€20bn of real estate assets under management, where he spent 16 years and was responsible for its €7 billion international investment portfolio. He has held several senior leadership roles within real estate associations, including INREV in Europe, AFIRE and PREA in the US and ANREV in Asia Pacific, for which he acted as Chairman.
GREYKITE continues to invest in building a best-in-class team to support its growth ambitions, which now comprises 17 high-calibre professionals drawn from leading global investment firms, including TPG, Blackstone, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Carlyle Group and Starwood Capital Group.
