International workplace provider HB Reavis has announced Sebastian Proc as the new CEO of its Polish operations.
Sebastian joined the company at the launch of its Poland office. During his 13 years with the company, he has held a number of leadership roles, including his most recent position holding responsibility for land acquisition and project development.
Before HB Reavis, Sebastian was an Associate Director for DTZ Consulting and also spent time at Premiumred Real Estate Development GmbH and Unikat Commercial Properties.
His expertise and experience will be a huge asset to HB Reavis’ continuing success in the country. As well as ensuring delivery of a number of projects under construction, including Varso Tower (the EU’s tallest building) and Forest the greenest office campus in Warsaw), Sebastian will look to strengthen the pipeline with a number of new acquisitions.
Sebastian takes over from Marcin Klammer, who is leaving the business.
