ISS appoints new Business Development Manager

Marlena Kołodziejczak has joined ISS Poland’s commercial team as a Business Development Manager. She is responsible for developing cooperation with clients in the production-based sector, acquiring new contracts, and driving sales growth in this area. ISS is an established workplace experience and facility management company.

In her role, she focuses on building client relationships, identifying their needs, and delivering appropriate solutions. She is also involved in coordinating sales processes, supporting tendering activities, and leading negotiations. Through this, she contributes to the continued growth of ISS and strengthens the company’s position in this segment.

She is also responsible for identifying new sales opportunities and shaping an approach tailored to the specific needs of production-based organisations – particularly in the areas of operational efficiency, cost optimisation, and service quality.

Marlena brings nearly 8 years of experience in the facility management industry, gained in business development and client-facing roles. She has delivered projects of varying complexity, effectively translating client needs into tangible business solutions.
