ISS Names New People & Culture Director for Poland and Baltic Markets

Katarzyna Gigiel has been appointed People & Culture Director for ISS in Poland and the Baltic countries and has joined the ISS Poland Management Board and Country Leadership Team. In her new role, she will be responsible for developing and executing the People & Culture strategy to support organisational growth and business objectives across the region. ISS is a leading workplace experience and facility management company.

In her new position, Katarzyna will oversee the development of specialised HR teams, the employer branding strategy, and the continued strengthening of the OneISS culture. Her responsibilities will also include implementing solutions that support the development of employees and managers and ensuring their accessibility across the organisation.

Katarzyna has been with ISS for more than 11 years. Most recently, she served as Chief Accountant, where she was responsible for team management, developing financial processes, and implementing solutions that improved organisational effectiveness. Throughout her career, she has led transformation projects and initiatives requiring close collaboration across multiple business functions. She is recognised for her ability to build engaged teams, develop talent, and work in partnership with business leaders.
