ISS Poland Names Operations Director for Office Segments

ISS announced the appointment of Anita Trzaskawka as the new Operations Director, Office-based segment, for ISS Poland & Baltics, effective January 1, 2025.

Anita Trzaskawka brings a wealth of hands-on operational management experience and a deep understanding of ISS business processes. Her proven success in leading high-impact projects, coupled with her strong drive and ambition, will be instrumental in supporting ISS’s ambitious growth strategy in the region, strengthening the company’s market position and driving ongoing development.

Currently, Anita serves as the Segment Director, where she is responsible for overseeing Integrated Facility Services for key clients, mainly major multinational corporations across the Business Services and Technology sectors. Her strong leadership skills and extensive experience in facility management, have enabled her to build high-performance teams that significantly contribute to the company’s ongoing growth and success.

Anita joined ISS in 2017 through the Global Management Trainee Programme, where she quickly excelled in various operational roles, gaining valuable experience in team management, operational process optimization, and business development. Her dedication and determination have led to multiple promotions, including her appointment as Director of the Office Segment in 2021.
