ISS Poland strengthens its commercial team
Workplace experience and facility management company ISS announced that Alicja Muszalska has assumed the position of Business Development Manager – Capital Projects in the Commercial department.
In her new role, Alicja will be responsible for developing business relationships and actively acquiring projects in the area of Capital Projects. A key aspect of her work will also involve supporting both the Commercial and Capital Projects teams in preparing solutions tailored to the real needs of clients – taking into account current trends and market challenges.
“Alicja combines project expertise with an excellent understanding of the challenges employers face today. In her work with clients, she has shown the ability to translate organisational needs into concrete, measurable solutions. She speaks the language of business and understands the value of a well-designed workplace – one that truly supports a company’s goals,” says Piotr Stachowiak, Chief Commercial Officer at ISS Poland and the Baltic countries.
“At a time when the hybrid work model is becoming the norm and organisations are looking for ways to boost engagement and efficiency, Alicja can see workspace not just as a backdrop for daily work but as a strategic management tool. Her new role is a step forward – both for her and for our advisory offer. It also proves that talent development within ISS is not just a slogan, but a real career path,” he adds.
This change marks not only the next step in Alicja’s professional journey but also exemplifies ISS Poland’s consistent approach to nurturing internal talent. The organisation prioritises the development of specialists who combine industry expertise with the ability to deliver value to clients – making internal promotions a natural result of this strategy.
Alicja is an experienced architect specialising in the design of friendly and accessible work environments. Since 2023, she has been part of the Capital Projects team at ISS Poland – initially as an architect, and later as Project Delivery Excellence Manager, responsible for developing project standards, as well as sales and marketing activities. She has gained professional experience in both Poland and Portugal. Alicja is a graduate of architecture programs in Szczecin and Lisbon and also works as an English language instructor.
