ITRA Global launches in Poland
ITRA Global announced it has launched its operations in Poland and opened an office in Warsaw. The new company, International Tenant Representation Polska, will exclusively represent tenants in the office, industrial and retail market. The firm will be led by Artur Sutor.
“As we continue to expand internationally, we are pleased to now have a new member office in Poland with Artur Sutor and his team. This increases our capability to offer clients conflict-free services on a global basis,” says Mark Twentyman, Chairman of ITRA Global.
International Tenant Representation Polska offers end-to-end services to tenants in the office, industrial and retail sectors. In the coming weeks, teams of experienced advisors will start working in Warsaw, Kraków, Katowice, Poznań, Gdańsk and Wrocław. Taking the helm of International Tenant Representation Polska is Artur Sutor, who has 20 years of experience representing office space tenants. In the past, he worked at Cushman & Wakefield, Knight Frank and, most recently, Cresa Polska, where he served as a co-founder and partner.
“The recent changes in consulting firms caused by the consolidations of large global players have left a gap in the Polish real estate market. I have been watching this market for many years, and I can see the tenants’ awareness increase. They need impartial service and support from advisors who have no risk of a conflict of interest resulting from their company representing developers or landlords. I firmly believe in the need for transparent relationships, which is why my team and I teamed up with an international partner, ITRA Global,” says Artur Sutor, CEO, International Tenant Representation Polska. “Creating a Polish branch of ITRA Global is another step in a direction I took many years ago. I believe in independent advisors who do not hesitate when it is time to take sides at the negotiating table. International Tenant Representation Polska will always represent and support tenants only.”
