ITRA Polska grows on strong foundations

International Tenant Representation Polska continues its dynamic growth in the commercial real estate market and announces new team appointments. The Polish branch of ITRA Global – an organization exclusively representing tenants in offices, industrial and retail markets – will be supported by experienced professionals: Martyna Balcer and Łukasz Dreger.

Martyna Balcer has taken the position of Chief Operations Officer at ITRA Polska. She has 13 years of experience working in the real estate market. In the past, she worked as Associate Director in the office tenant representation department at Cresa Polska and negotiator at Cushman & Wakefield. She graduated in English Philology from the University of Social Sciences.

Łukasz Dreger is the Associate Director of the ITRA Polska office department. He has been involved in the commercial real estate sector for 18 years. Previously, he worked at Cresa Polska and Knight Frank. He graduated from the Faculty of Management and Production Engineering with the title of MSc. and postgraduate studies in real estate management at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. He is a licensed property manager.

In the coming weeks, ITRA Polska plans to expand its operations in regional cities such as Warsaw, Kraków, Katowice, Poznań, Gdańsk and Wrocław.
