Jacek Malicki Named Retail Leasing Associate Director at CPIPG

Jacek Malicki, formerly a Senior Leasing Manager in the retail leasing department of CPI Property Group in Poland (CPIPG), has taken on the position of Leasing Associate Director, Leasing Retail. In his new role, he will be responsible for key areas of the team’s operations, supporting the head of this department, Agnieszka Baczyńska, who has recently also taken on the role of Business Excellence Director.

As Leasing Associate Director, Jacek Malicki will be responsible for supervising leasing processes, creating and implementing leasing strategies for individual properties, maintaining and developing relationships with key tenants, reporting on the progress of the leasing of retail properties, and supporting cooperation between teams within the company.

Jacek Malicki joined CPI Property Group in November 2022, when he took on the position of Senior Leasing Manager. Before this, he was employed by Neinver Polska for almost seven years, where he was responsible for the leasing of the most important facilities in the company’s portfolio. Throughout his career, he has also held managerial positions at such companies as Immochan (now Nhood), Atrium Poland Real Estate Management and Plaza Centers Poland.
