JLL strengthens strategic advisory for business services sector
Łukasz Czajkowski joins JLL as an expert responsible for enhancing relations with the BSS sector – the key tenant of modern office space in Poland.
The modern business services sector (BSS) continues to be one of the main drivers behind the Polish economy’s development. It plays a particularly important role in major regional cities, creating thousands of high-quality jobs and often accounting for more than half of the office space leased in these markets. JLL has been supporting companies developing business services for many years. During this time, JLL’s experts have seen the sector seek consultancy on an increasing number of areas including, i.a., business location advisory, expansion, relocation and workplace strategy. Łukasz Czajkowski, who joins the team as Business Services Lead in Tenant Representation Department, has many years of experience from working in organizations that bring together companies from this sector, which will certainly add to JLL’s broad competencies in these areas.
“Łukasz is a top expert in foreign investments, developing business communities as well as modern technologies and knows the BSS industry like few others. He joins a team that very much knows and understands the potential of Polish cities and has the expertise to develop optimal solutions for business services companies. I have no doubt that Łukasz with his know-how will be in a position to provide our clients with even more tangible benefits. We can see that companies in this sector are very active in the area of investments and, as a consequence, our advisory is very much in demand. Therefore, we are working towards strengthening our team and JLL’s relations with key clients even further,” says Karol Patynowski, Director of Regional Markets, JLL.
Prior to joining JLL, Łukasz worked in business development for SoDA – Software Development Association Poland, an organization that brings together software houses that operate in Poland. He was also director of regional operations in ABSL (Association of Business Service Leaders) and director of the business support centre in the Wroclaw Agglomeration Development Agency. Łukasz is also a co-creator of such initiatives as the Made in Wrocław conference and ABSL Startup Challenge.
