Jonathan Hallett, Partner, Head of CEE, and EMEA Board Member, is a key figure in driving Cushman & Wakefield’s success in Central and Eastern Europe. Colin Wilson, Chief Executive Officer, EMEA, Cushman & Wakefield, said: “This acquisition strengthens our core EMEA business for the benefit of our clients while supporting our growth ambitions. We see considerable opportunity for Cushman & Wakefield in Finland and the wider Nordics and expanding our owned presence in the region underlines our commitment to continuously enhancing our platform to deliver outstanding results for our clients.”
Jonathan Hallett, Head of Central and Eastern Europe and Nordics, added: “I am excited to take on this new role and look forward to working with our talented teams across the Nordics. Our established presence and longstanding relationships in the region provide a strong foundation for further growth and enhanced client support.”
Karl Persson has been appointed as Head of Nordics, expanding his existing responsibilities as Head of Sweden. Karl will work closely with Jonathan and the leadership teams in Finland, Denmark, and Norway to drive activity across the region.
