Katarzyna Gajewska Appointed Head of Research at CBRE
Katarzyna Gajewska has been appointed Head of the Research Department at CBRE. In her new role, she is responsible for leading the research team and analysing trends and data that support decision-making in the real estate market. Katarzyna has been with CBRE for 13 years and previously held the position of Director of Market Research.

Katarzyna Gajewska has nearly 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Her career began as an analyst at CBRE in 2012, and she has progressed through various roles to now lead the research team. She has collaborated with multiple internal departments at CBRE and advised key market players, including developers, investors, and financial institutions, on Highest and Best Use (HBU) projects and other advisory initiatives.
She has also gained experience on the investor side, working for a fund where she applied her market expertise in asset management of retail and office properties, leasing, and analysis of potential acquisitions. With experience in both investment and advisory roles, she brings a broad perspective that allows her to understand the full picture of the market. Katarzyna is a graduate of the University of Warsaw and completed postgraduate studies in property valuation at the Warsaw University of Technology.
