Golden Star Group, an international investment firm operating in the real estate sector, has announced the promotion of two key specialists within its Polish team. Paweł Moczybroda has been appointed Group Chief Financial Officer, while Ewa Dragunajtys has been promoted to Head of Asset Management.
Paweł Moczybroda has been with Golden Star Group since 2023, serving as Financial Controller and Deputy Chief Financial Officer. As Group Chief Financial Officer, he oversees the financial operations of Golden Star Group’s entities in Poland, the Netherlands, and Germany. His responsibilities include arranging financing for the company’s real estate projects, budgeting, tax oversight, and building the group’s organisational structure.
With eight years of experience in the financial sector, Paweł previously worked at PwC, where he managed audit projects primarily for companies in the real estate industry.
“I am honoured to take on the role of Group Chief Financial Officer at Golden Star,” said Paweł Moczybroda, Group Chief Financial Officer at Golden Star Group. “I view the outlook for the commercial real estate market with optimism, driven by the anticipated interest rate cuts across Europe, which could positively impact financing costs and asset valuations, as well as by the growing number of office transactions, signalling a recovery in investment activity. I believe that the refinancing of our properties will enable us to secure the most favourable financing terms for our real estate projects.”
Ewa Dragunajtys, who previously served as Associate Director at Golden Star Group, has been promoted to Head of Asset Management. In her new role, she is responsible for managing the group’s commercial real estate portfolio, which exceeds 125,000 sqm. Her key duties include overseeing leasing and transaction processes, developing long-term strategic plans, and leading the Asset, Leasing, and Property Management teams. Ewa has been with the company since 2017.
Ewa brings over 13 years of experience in the real estate sector. Before joining Golden Star Group, she was associated with The Tides Property Group and Atal, where she was responsible for the development and leasing of real estate projects. She also worked at Nuvalu as a Property Broker, representing tenants in relocation and renegotiation processes.
Ewa Dragunajtys, Head of Asset Management at Golden Star Group, commented: “I am proud and delighted to assume the role of Head of Asset Management, entrusted with overseeing our company’s entire property portfolio in Poland. I consider this significant appointment as a recognition not only of my efforts but also of the entire team I have had the pleasure of working with for years. Every success of our projects is the result of excellent cooperation with various experts at Golden Star Estate, who put tremendous effort into delivering tailored solutions for our business partners. Our current strategy focuses on smart asset management and enhancing asset value through effective leasing and extending the average lease term. We are committed to quality, investing in our buildings, elevating service standards, and fostering professionalism.”
