Knight Frank Appoints Head of Global Portfolio Solutions, EMEA

Global real estate adviser, Knight Frank, has appointed Giulia Grigolato as Head of Global Portfolio Solutions (GPS), EMEA, continuing the firm’s strategic hiring for Occupier Strategy Solutions (OSS) across the region, and underlining its dedication to delivering best-in-class strategic real estate advisory services for multinational corporations.

Joining from JLL, Giulia brings over 13 years of experience in corporate real estate strategy and portfolio management. Her expertise spans real estate development, asset management, corporate advisory, and account management. Known for fostering cross-border collaboration, Giulia has a proven track record of ensuring consistency in service delivery across regions while maintaining a deep understanding of local market dynamics.

Giulia has held senior leadership roles in Paris and Shanghai and is fluent in English, French, Mandarin, and Italian. Her global outlook is complemented by her role as a Board Member of CoreNet’s Global France Chapter since 2022.

In her new role, Giulia will focus on expanding and strengthening Knight Frank’s GPS service offering across EMEA, prioritising value-driven solutions that enhance portfolio performance and support corporate clients in achieving their long-term real estate objectives. She will lead strategic initiatives to deepen client relationships, drive innovation, and ensure seamless service delivery across key markets.
