Global property consultancy, Knight Frank, has appointed Kinga Bloch as Strategic Advisor for Talent Acquisition and Culture Transformation in Poland, signalling a renewed focus on growth and leadership development across its expanding Polish operations.
Bloch brings over 15 years of senior HR leadership experience across the telecommunications, IT, and commercial real estate sectors in both Poland and Europe. Most recently, she served as Head of HR Business Partnering for CEMEA at Cushman & Wakefield, following an earlier role as HR Partner for the CEE region at Atos.
With over 80 employees currently in the Polish business, Knight Frank is accelerating recruitment and service line expansion, particularly across capital markets, office leasing, and industrial agency.
