
Knight Frank Poland strengthens its leadership team
Knight Frank announced the appointment of Aneta Nougarou as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As a member of the management board, she will be responsible for shaping the company’s financial strategy, overseeing the finance department, and supporting the continued growth of the organisation.
Aneta Nougarou is a seasoned finance professional with over 15 years of experience in finance, strategic planning, reporting, and the implementation of modern IT solutions. She has held key financial roles, managing areas such as controlling, budgeting, accounting, and restructuring of regional finance operations across Central Europe. For most of her career, she was associated with Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield – a European leader in commercial real estate and the owner and manager of flagship assets in Poland, including Westfield Arkadia, Westfield Mokotów, Galeria Wileńska, and Centrum Ursynów in Warsaw, as well as Wroclavia in Wrocław.
In her new role, Aneta will oversee the company’s financial operations, including performance analysis, budget planning, and the optimisation of financial processes. She will also lead the development of reporting tools and innovative financial technologies to support the execution of Knight Frank’s strategic goals.
