Knight Frank Poland continues to expand its Capital Markets platform, strengthening its capabilities across key investment sectors. Michał Grabara has been appointed Director, Head of Industrial & Logistics, Capital Markets, while experienced real estate professionals Dorota Kalinowska and Dawid Samoń have joined the Capital Markets team.
The appointments mark another important step in the development of Knight Frank’s Capital Markets business, reflecting growing investor demand for specialist sector expertise combined with in-depth local market knowledge, a proven track record in executing complex transactions and access to international capital.
“Our recent results demonstrate that we continue to strengthen our position in one of the most important sectors of the Polish investment market. We are building a team founded on specialist expertise, strong investor relationships and the ability to successfully execute the market’s most complex transactions. Michał’s promotion is a natural recognition of his achievements, his ability to originate and deliver landmark transactions, and the key role he plays in the continued growth of Knight Frank’s Capital Markets business in Poland,” says Charles Taylor, CEO of Knight Frank Poland.
As Director, Head of Industrial & Logistics, Capital Markets, Michał Grabara will be responsible for shaping the strategy and further expanding Knight Frank’s industrial and logistics investment business in Poland. His role includes originating new mandates, leading key transaction processes and strengthening relationships with both domestic and international investors.
One of his key priorities will be to reinforce Knight Frank’s position in the industrial and logistics sector while attracting new sources of capital to the Polish market. Michał works closely with European and global investment funds, REITs, private equity platforms and investors specialising in sale-and-leaseback transactions and long-term investment strategies.
Throughout his nearly 20-year career in commercial real estate, Michał has advised on transactions across all major asset classes. In recent years, he has focused primarily on the logistics sector, personally originating and leading strategic investment mandates for both domestic and international institutional clients while building the specialist team supporting the continued growth of this business line at Knight Frank.
Under his leadership, the Industrial & Logistics Capital Markets team delivered one of the strongest performances in the Polish market in 2025, advising on logistics investment transactions with a combined value of nearly €400 million, including the largest sale-and-leaseback transaction ever completed in Central and Eastern Europe. Michał also played a pivotal role in originating and executing major logistics mandates for both vendors and purchasers, advising clients including Goodman, Prologis and Hines on disposal mandates, and Principal, Adventum and Hillwood on acquisitions.
Michał combines extensive experience in strategic client advisory, transaction origination and execution with strong technical expertise in investment underwriting, financial modelling, debt structuring and the development of disposal and transaction strategies. Before joining Knight Frank, he gained experience at Deloitte before serving as Head of Acquisitions, Analysis and Valuation at Polski Holding Nieruchomości (PHN).
Dawid Samoń has joined Knight Frank as Associate, Investment Broker. He brings more than 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate market, gained at Savills and BNP Paribas Real Estate. Throughout his career, Dawid has advised both vendors and investors across a wide range of investment transactions. On the sell side, he has supported clients in positioning assets and managing efficient disposal processes, while on the buy side he has led comprehensive due diligence processes and advised clients throughout transaction negotiations. He has extensive experience across the industrial & logistics, office and retail sectors, while also providing clients with financial analysis and comprehensive investment underwriting to support informed investment decisions.
The Capital Markets team has also been strengthened by Dorota Kalinowska, who has joined Knight Frank as Associate, Transaction Manager. Her expertise spans project development, as well as the disposal of both individual assets and property portfolios.
