Madison appoints new portfolio and asset manager

Madison International Realty has hired Jenna Barry as Portfolio and Asset Manager. Based in London with a focus on Madison’s European and UK Property Portfolio, Jenna will report to the firm’s Head of Portfolio and Asset Management, Kim Adamek, who is based in New York.

Jenna brings 13 years of asset management experience to Madison, having most recently spent four years as an Associate Director at Arax Properties, where she was integral to the asset management and business plan execution of a £1 billion property portfolio, primarily located in central London. Her other previous roles include senior positions at Dunedin Property, Running Stream International and Evans Randall, with exposure across several UK, European and Asia property sectors.

Jenna will work closely with Madison’s European-based investment team and its portfolio and asset management personnel based in New York across all portfolio investment aspects, including office, retail, multifamily, industrial, cold storage, and life science assets throughout the UK and Europe. She will be responsible for recommending and implementing strategies to maximise the value of the firm’s investments while also overseeing sponsor relationships.
