Małgorzata Więcko joins the board of Indotek Poland

Małgorzata Więcko has been appointed to the board of the Polish branch of Indotek Group, a European investment group managing a diversified portfolio of real estate assets.

Małgorzata Więcko joined Indotek in Poland in April 2025 as Head of Asset Management. She has 18 years of experience in asset and property management, gained at companies including JLL, Amazon, and Accolade. Her expertise covers key market sectors: industrial, office, retail, and residential across various asset classes. She is a graduate of the University of Białystok, the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, and Heriot-Watt University in Scotland.

Małgorzata’s appointment to the board is a natural step that will allow us to manage our growing real estate portfolio even more efficiently. Her international experience and deep knowledge of the local market are essential to effectively building the value of our assets in this region,” says Stevan Todorović, International Asset Management Director at Indotek Group.

Małgorzata Więcko was formally appointed to the board at the end of last year and fully assumed her new executive duties in the first quarter of 2026. The board members of Indotek Poland also include Tamás Szöllősi and Stevan Todorović.
