“A strong land bank is today one of the pillars of competitive advantage in the warehouse market. Thanks to an effective structure and strategic decisions, the Land Development Department has a real impact on the future of our offer, both in terms of location availability and the ability to deliver tailor-made investment projects. Paweł’s promotion is a recognition of his competencies and his contribution to the development of this key area,” says Agnieszka Góźdź, Management Board Member and Chief Development Officer at MLP Group S.A.
In recent months, MLP Group has successfully secured a series of new locations across different regions of Poland, while also acquiring land for the construction of a new logistics park in Rzeszów. These steps highlight the company’s effective and forward-looking approach to expanding its portfolio of modern warehouse facilities, fully aligned with ESG standards and the growing needs of the market. On the secured land, the planned logistics parks will ultimately offer more than 2 million sqm of leasable space.
