MLP Group strengthens its leasing team

MLP Group continues to focus on employee development and strengthening key business areas, and as of September, Ewa Ciołek and Piotr Meleszko have been promoted to Senior Leasing Manager. By recognising the competencies and achievements of its team, the Group underlines the importance of further enhancing the effectiveness of leasing operations, which remain a cornerstone of the company’s dynamic growth.

Ewa Ciołek joined MLP Group in August 2021. She initially oversaw the Silesia and Wrocław regions and is now responsible for Poznań, Gorzów Wielkopolski, and Wrocław. She has contributed to the further expansion and commercialisation of the MLP Wrocław and MLP Poznań West parks and finalised the first lease agreement at the MLP Gorzów Wielkopolski logistics centre, which marked the launch of this new project.

Piotr Meleszko has been with MLP Group for nearly five years. He is responsible for the Warsaw market, Central Poland, as well as the Lublin and Rzeszów regions. He has been involved in leasing processes covering a total area of more than 500,000 sqm. His track record includes the successful commercialisation and re-commercialisation of the MLP Pruszków I and MLP Pruszków II logistics parks, the latter being the largest warehouse complex in the region.
