Monika Kulawińska has been appointed head of Retail at CBRE Poland. She will be responsible for the strategy and development of all business lines within the retail division. She has been with CBRE for 11 years and will combine her new role with her current position as Director of the Capital Markets team.
In the Capital Markets team, Monika has been responsible for brokerage in investment transactions, conducting due diligence processes, preparing and managing marketing initiatives, and providing support for property acquisition and sale, with a particular focus on the office and retail markets. Recently, she represented the Emira Property Fund in its investment of over €100 million in DL Invest, advised Blackstone on the sale of Forum Gdańsk, and supported Frey in the sale of the Matarnia retail park. She also advised Ghelamco on the sale of the Warsaw Hub Office and Hub Hotels in Warsaw.
