Multi appoints Andrea Boris Hipeco as European Head of Leasing

Multi Corporation announced the appointment of Andrea Boris Hipeco as the European Head of Leasing. In addition to this, Andrea will also take on the Leasing Director role for Multi’s newly established French division.

Andrea joined Multi from Immofinanz AG, where he held the position of Country Manager, responsible for expanding and managing the real estate portfolio in Italy. Before that, he worked as a Senior Innovation Manager at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, where he introduced new tenants and formats in Europe and led a new strategy in changing URW tenant mix and client experience. Andrea has also worked as International Leasing Manager at Neinver, supporting key tenants in their expansion within the group. Before joining Neinver, he was a Leasing Manager at Sonae Sierra.

With 18 years of dedicated experience in the real estate industry, Andrea brings valuable knowledge and expertise to Multi. His appointment will contribute to Multi’s leasing efforts and support the growth in the European market.
