
New appoints for key roles at Golden Star Estate
Golden Star Estate is an investment company operating in international real estate markets. Its team has just been reinforced by two experts in the field: Małgorzata Głowicka has joined Golden Star Estate as Group Chief Financial Officer and Magdalena Ruta has been appointed as Head of Asset Management.
Małgorzata Głowicka has joined the Golden Star Estate team as Group CFO. She is in charge of the financial policymaking for Golden Star Group within the office real estate segment in Central and Eastern Europe. Małgorzata Głowicka has got 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, auditing and management of SSC structures. Her professional expertise comes from working in global organisations specialising in professional financial services; for the past 14 years, she has been active strictly in the real estate sector. Her career includes working for companies such as JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, DTZ and PwC.
Magdalena Ruta is responsible for comprehensive management of real estate assets with a total area of more than 125,000 sqm. within the Golden Star Group Central and Eastern Europe portfolio. Her tasks also include coordinating activities in commercialisation and transactions, as well as leading a team of asset and leasing managers. Magdalena Ruta has got 19 years of professional experience in Polish and international enterprises active in investment, consulting and development. During her career, she has been accountable for portfolio management in various types of real estate, especially office assets. She has also participated in numerous real estate sale and purchase transactions, as well as coordinated leasing of particular assets. Before joining Golden Star Estate, she has occupied managerial positions in companies such as Macquarie Group, GLL Real Estate Partners, Waryński S.A. Grupa Holdingowa and DTZ.
The core activity of Golden Star Group is purchasing real estate and creating added value via lease and management. The Group’s portfolio includes projects with a total value exceeding 1.5 billion euro. GSE’s Polish portfolio includes developments such as Konstruktorska Business Center, Oxygen Park, JK 55 and DOT Park in Krakow.
