New Business Development Director for Savills

Paulina Stach has assumed the role of Business Development Director at Savills Poland. In her new position, she will support business growth across all service lines, strengthen relationships with key clients and identify new opportunities for collaboration.

Paulina Stach brings extensive experience in both the commercial real estate sector and technology solutions for the property industry. Between 2024 and 2025, she served as Director in the Property & Asset Management Retail team at Savills Poland. She subsequently joined proptech company Singu, where, as Head of DACH, she was responsible for business development and strengthening the company’s position across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. During this time, she worked closely with property owners, asset managers and facility management teams to implement technology solutions supporting real estate portfolio management.

As Business Development Director, Paulina will work closely with the leaders of all Savills business lines in Poland, supporting the development of key client relationships, bringing together expertise from across different teams and identifying new business opportunities.
