Jesika Mackiewicz assumed the role of Business Manager for Warsaw projects at Matexi Polska. In her new position, she will be responsible for co-developing and implementing the company’s strategy through the development of the residential project portfolio in Warsaw, including land acquisitions and investment preparations.
Jesika has been involved in the real estate industry for over 10 years. During this time, she has secured or sold land for several thousand apartments in Poland’s largest residential markets, including Warsaw, Krakow, Poznan, Wroclaw, and the Tri-City area. On behalf of Devalia S.A., she participated in a joint venture transaction with TFI Rockbridge and Derby Investments for the construction of the Morska Park estate in Gdynia. Previously, as a director at Nexity Polska, she was responsible for securing and acquiring land and determining its residential use by obtaining the necessary administrative decisions. Before her promotion, as a manager at Nexity Polska, she obtained building permits in Krakow and negotiated the sale of investments to the institutional rental market (PRS).
