New Chief Commercial Officer for ISS Poland & Baltics
Agnieszka Jagiełka will join ISS as Chief Commercial Officer and Management Board Member for Poland and the Baltics, effective May 1, 2026. In this role, she will be responsible for sales management, the development of commercial strategy, and driving revenue growth and market share, while strengthening client relationships in key segments. The role combines the delivery of business targets with building long-term value for clients, drawing on Agnieszka’s experience in professional services and strategic consulting. ISS is an established workplace experience and facility management company.
Agnieszka will focus on developing the commercial area and driving sales growth based on ISS’s value proposition, built on Integrated Facility Services (IFS), as well as tailoring solutions to evolving organisational needs – particularly among office- and production-based companies. Her business experience will support the development of solutions that address client challenges and translate into measurable business outcomes and long-term partnerships.
“The role of sales in facility management is clearly evolving – today, it is a function responsible for driving growth and building business value, combining commercial objectives with a real impact on employee experience and the quality of the workplace environment. Agnieszka’s experience brings a fresh perspective to ISS and strengthens our approach to creating workplaces built on safety, quality, relationships, and a deep understanding of people’s needs. I believe this will be an important driver of our continued growth and the value we deliver to our clients,” says Karolina Whilde, CEO Poland & Baltics, ISS.
Agnieszka Jagiełka brings over 25 years of experience in professional services and strategic consulting, including extensive experience in service-based organisations such as LHH, where she was responsible for business development, commercial strategy, and delivering business results. She has held leadership roles at both local and global levels, leading teams and driving organisational performance in complex, international environments.
She specialises in building client relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and creating value by aligning services with real business needs. She combines a strong business perspective with a deep understanding of people’s needs, which translates into more effective and user-focused workplace environments. She is also actively involved as a mentor in initiatives supporting the development of women in business.
Outside of work, she spends her time with family and in the mountains, pursuing high-altitude trekking. She is also interested in independent cinema and non-fiction literature and closely follows developments in AI.
Her appointment reflects ISS’ approach, where sales not only delivers on the offering but also actively shapes it and sets the direction for business growth.
