New Commercial Director for Accolade in Croatia
Accolade Group is opening a branch in Zagreb. Ivana Barać has joined the team as the new Commercial Director of Accolade Croatia. She is an experienced professional with an extensive career in the financial sector, particularly in financial analysis and investment strategies. “Croatia is at a crucial moment in the development of modern industrial infrastructure, which holds tremendous potential here. Despite the currently limited number of modern industrial sites, Croatia’s membership in the Eurozone and Schengen Area has opened the door to new investments and enhanced competitiveness. Industrial parks are not just business spaces – they are catalysts for economic growth, job creation, and attracting foreign capital. Accolade recognizes this opportunity as strategically important, and we are dedicated to playing a key role in the development of industrial infrastructure that will contribute to the stable and sustainable economic growth of Croatia in the long term,” said Ivana Barać.
Accolade currently operates in eight countries across Europe, where it invests in modern and sustainable infrastructure designed for global brands, primarily in the e-commerce, manufacturing, and logistics sectors. It is the owner of a network of 62 industrial parks with BREEAM certification in the Czech Republic, Poland, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Croatia, and Slovakia, valued at €3 billion, ensuring a sustainable and environmentally friendly approach to investments. The group currently has properties totalling 3.4 million sqm, which are leased to nearly 200 tenants.
