New country director for BPI Real Estate Poland
Frederik Lesire has taken up the position of Country Director in Poland to ensure continuity and support the development of the next stage of BPI Real Estate Poland’s operations. The changes in the management team structure are related to the desire to strengthen the company’s position and prepare it for the challenges of the coming years. In the near future, in addition to completing its ongoing investments, BPI Real Estate Poland will focus in particular on the acquisition of new residential development opportunities.
Frederik Lesire will lead the further expansion of BPI Real Estate Poland, focusing on intensifying acquisition activities, in particular for future residential projects in the upper-mid segment through to premium in the following key Polish cities: Warsaw, Tricity, Poznan and Wroclaw. Lesire brings to BPI Real Estate Poland a wealth of experience gained in the organisation in Belgium in recent years. He is a manager with over 20 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry, covering mainly the markets of Belgium, Poland and Hungary. In February 2026, he was appointed Country Director at BPI Real Estate Poland, responsible for the general management of the company’s operations in Poland, the implementation of its business strategy, and the supervision of the development of its residential project portfolio. Lesire is returning to Poland after a break – previously, in 2013–2016, he co-created BPI’s operational structures in Poland, responsible for the development of the residential project portfolio.
He is a graduate of the Catholic University of Leuven, where he completed a degree in Civil Engineering, and also obtained a Master after Master degree in Real Estate at the Antwerp Management School.
