New Director appointed at MLP Group
MLP Group is strengthening its project team as it continues to implement a strategy of dynamic growth and the continuous enhancement of competencies in investment management. Radosław Grzejdak has joined the company as Project Management Director. With over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, the seasoned manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of key projects and supporting the Group’s expansion strategy in the Polish market.
In his new role as Project Management Director, Radosław Grzejdak will actively support the work of Project Managers and oversee the management of the Group’s projects in Poland.
Throughout his career, Radosław Grzejdak has managed multimillion-dollar, large-scale construction projects, including warehouses, residential buildings, and, most recently, the preparation of a new hospital investment worth approximately PLN 1.5 billion for the State Medical Institute of the Ministry of Interior and Administration (MSWiA). At MLP Group, he will leverage his comprehensive expertise in due diligence, project planning and execution, budget and schedule management, as well as negotiations with contractors and public authorities.
Before joining MLP Group, he held, among others, the position of Regional Project Management Director at Panattoni Development Europe, where he managed a team of project managers and a broad portfolio of warehouse projects in central Poland. Earlier in his career, he worked with companies such as Dom Development, Layetana Real Estate, and Batipont Immobilier (CFE Group), where he led residential and mixed-use developments. He began his career at CB Richard Ellis as a Property Advisor and Project Manager.
Radosław Grzejdak is a graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology and holds an MBA from the Institute of Economic Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences. His qualifications are confirmed by numerous certificates, including construction licenses and specialised postgraduate studies in real estate consultancy and valuation.
