New Head of architecture at 7R
7R is developing an internal team dedicated to the design and architecture of industrial and warehouse buildings, headed up by Michał Ulasiński. One of the main tasks of the chief of 7R’s architects will be designing innovative solutions in green buildings.
Michał Ulasiński, as the Head of Architecture at 7R, will lead a team of architects, who will focus on the design and implementation of modern solutions that improve the comfort of a building’s users. These solutions also take into account the integration of 7R projects in their respective surroundings areas as well as the environmental impact these buildings may have.
“We have a long track record of working closely with tenants right from the early stages of designing their industrial and warehouse space. Thanks to our in-house architecture department, we can look at the specific needs of the business they run and how best to fit the building to a particular type of operations. Michał’s appointment will further strengthen our team. He will be responsible for the development of 7R’s design offer, which distinguishes us from the competition on the logistics real estate market, and storage sector. Michał’s long and varied experience will undoubtedly contribute to the development of new solutions that will be attractive to our tenants,” says Ryszard Gretkowski, Vice President of 7R SA.
Michał Ulasiński has over 20 years’ experience in designing the office, retail, and residential buildings as well as hotels and medical facilities. Before joining 7R, he worked in various positions including Head of Design & Build for the Polish branch of Cushman & Wakefield. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning at the Gdańsk University of Technology.
“Observing the extremely rapid development of the warehouse and logistics real estate sector that has taken place in recent years, I am pleased to have joined the 7R team, which was the first to introduce the 7R City Flex Last Mile Logistics urban warehouse, and 7R Green concepts to the Polish commercial real estate market. At 7R, we rely on a young team of experts in a range of fields. My goal is to lead the team so it becomes the best design unit that provides peerless professional services in Poland’s warehouse and logistics design, and BTS projects,” adds Michał Ulasiński, Head of Architecture at 7R.
Currently, the developer has 1,250,000 sqm of space in the investment process located in Poland. Thanks to its in-house architecture and design department, as well as the BTS team that was created within the leasing department at the beginning of the year, 7R provides comprehensive services at every stage of a project’s development. The company focuses on strengthening its tailor-made and environmentally friendly conceptual work.
