New Head of Leasing for CPI Property Group

CPI Property Group is strengthening its leasing structure with the appointment of Agnieszka Baczyńska as Head of Leasing. In her new role, she will be responsible for shaping and executing the leasing strategy across the Group’s office and retail portfolio in Poland.

Her new role is part of the Group’s long-term approach to managing its real estate portfolio, which focuses on implementing consistent transaction assessment standards, enhancing leasing efficiency, and strengthening long-term relationships with tenants.

Agnieszka Baczyńska will oversee leasing development and coordination in alignment with the Group’s strategic objectives, while further streamlining commercial operations.

At the same time, Izabela Potrykus has been appointed Leasing Office Director. Drawing on her many years of experience in office leasing, she will focus on delivering key office space leasing transactions and enhancing the performance of the office contract portfolio.

Agnieszka Baczyńska brings more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate market. Before joining CPI Property Group in 2022, she served as International Leasing Director at Neinver Polska, where she was responsible for leasing the company’s entire retail portfolio. She holds degrees in Organisation and Management from the University of Łódź and in Sociology from the University of Warsaw; she also holds an MBA and is a licensed real estate broker.
