Cushman & Wakefield has named Petr Dolejš as Head of the Office Asset Services team. Petr Dolejš (aged 46) is an experienced asset management expert specialising in property and facility management of shopping centres and A-class office buildings.
Petr Dolejš joined Cushman and Wakefield in 2006. During his seventeen years in the field of commercial real estate, he has managed shopping centres, as well as office properties for key international clients. In 2022, he was appointed Partner.
In his new role, Petr Dolejš will be responsible for strategic leadership of the Office Asset Management team and further development of its property management services. He aims to maintain long-term relationships with the company’s key clients, improve service quality and foster business opportunities. Developing the Office Asset Management team and supporting talent will be an integral part of his work.
He spends his free time with his family and likes sports – mountains, skiing and mountain biking.
