New Head of Region Central & South appointed at 7R
7R has appointed Izabela Trancygier as Head of Region Central & South. The promotion marks another step in the development of the company’s operational structure and strengthens its capabilities in delivering key investment projects across central and southern Poland.
Izabela Trancygier has been with 7R since 2018 and has consistently progressed within the organisation. She joined the company as a Project Manager, subsequently served as Construction Director, and most recently was responsible for business development activities and the introduction of new projects in her role as Development Director. Before joining 7R, she gained professional experience at companies specialising in design, project delivery and investment advisory services for the commercial real estate sector.
In her new role, she will be responsible for the further development of the Central & South region and the execution of 7R’s business strategy across this area. The region includes Warsaw, Łódź, Lublin, Kraków, the Podkarpackie region and Upper Silesia, and encompasses some of the company’s most important projects. Developments located in Kraków (including 7R Hub Nowa Huta – the largest urban logistics complex in Europe), Sękocin and Nadarzyn have a significant impact on the company’s performance and future growth. Their scale and complexity require effective management and close cooperation between the teams responsible for project preparation and delivery.
The promotion of Izabela Trancygier is aligned with the company’s long-term strategy of organisational development and strengthening internal management capabilities. 7R consistently invests in developing talent from within the organisation, entrusting key roles to individuals who have an in-depth understanding of the company’s culture, processes, as well as the needs of its clients and business partners.
