Petra Kucková has been appointed the new Head of Sales and Marketing at Zeitraum. The company, which specializes in student housing with a network of private campuses in Prague, has now expanded its business to another segment by launching its first project with serviced rooms and apartments right next to Wenceslas Square in Prague.
Petra Kucková is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Administration at Masaryk University in Brno. She has been involved in the hotel industry for her entire professional life. She has gained work experience for more than seven years through various positions involving active sales of hotel capacities and additional services, negotiating contractual terms and conditions and organizing group events, across major Prague hotels such as Corinthia, Hilton and Four Seasons.
Zeitraum Apartments and Zeitraum Student Housing are subsidiaries of Zeitgeist Asset Management, a real estate development and management company for private investors in the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary and Germany. Zeitgeist currently manages assets worth €682 million.
