New HR Director for Apsys in Poland

Angelika Majkowska has taken up the position of HR director at Apsys Polska. Angelika, who has been with the company since 2013, will be responsible for the complex personnel policy in an organization with a demanding structure including over 19 teams in various locations.

Since joining the Apsys Polska team 11 years ago, while working in various positions in the HR department, Angelika has been dealing with issues in the field of HR process management. During this time, she has repeatedly demonstrated extraordinary commitment and professionalism. She supervised the merger of the companies in the HR and payroll area and implemented comprehensive digitization of working time management processes, both at the headquarters and in all facilities managed by the company throughout Poland.

“In her work, Angelika has always tried to combine the expectations of various stakeholder groups and find compromises that meet the needs of all parties. She skillfully goes beyond operating patterns, relying on both the hard aspects of human resources management and an individual approach to the needs of each employee. Angelika Majkowska is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw and a participant in the first edition of the Top Woman in Real Estate Mentoring Program. In his free time, she is passionate about biographical books, historical series and films, and traveling.
