New Investment Director for Scallier in Poland

Michał Radomski has joined the Scallier team in Poland, taking on the position of Investment Director. In this role, he will advise the company’s clients on the acquisition of retail real estate and manage asset sale processes, representing property owners and developers. His responsibilities will include providing strategic support to institutional and private investors in executing their investment plans and strategies, resource allocation and portfolio building. He will also contribute his expertise and professional skills to support the ongoing activities and projects carried out by Scallier’s development and investment division.

Michał Radomski has been working in the field of commercial real estate investment in Poland for over 10 years. He developed his professional expertise by advising on transactions related to the acquisition of properties by international investment funds. He has been responsible for overseeing dozens of acquisition processes on the domestic market.

While advising on retail property acquisitions on behalf of clients, Michał played a key role in introducing an Austrian investment fund to the Polish market. He was also responsible for property acquisitions for the Centerscape Investments fund in both Poland and the Czech Republic. Additionally, he participated in advisory processes supporting the development of retail parks in Poland and Slovakia.
