
New President of the Management Board at Mostostal
The Supervisory Board of Mostostal S.A. has appointed Paulina Chmielewska to the company’s Management Board and entrusted her with the role of President of the Management Board. She is an experienced manager with over 20 years in the real estate sector, having worked with some of the largest development companies in Poland.
“The appointment of Paulina Chmielewska as President of the Management Board of Mostostal S.A. marks an important step in further strengthening the company’s market position. Her extensive operational and strategic experience in the real estate sector, combined with strong leadership skills, will ensure the dynamic development of Mostostal in the years to come,” said Robert Pydzik, Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Mostostal S.A.
Paulina Chmielewska has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. She built her career with leading companies such as Dom Development, Panattoni, Nexity Polska, and Develia.
In recent years, she has focused on the development of large-scale real estate projects. For six years, she successfully expanded Nexity Polska (part of the international Nexity S.A. Group), serving as Chief Operating Officer, among other roles. In 2023, as part of the owner’s strategic decisions, she managed the sale of the company, which concluded with a €100 million transaction. Following the acquisition by Develia S.A., she took on the positions of Expansion Director, Managing Director, and Management Board Member at Develia Land Development. A year later, she joined the development company Ekopark, where she served as Vice-President of the Management Board.
The new President of the Management Board of Mostostal S.A. is a graduate of the Krakow University of Technology (Civil Engineering), the Helena Chodakowska School of Law (Business Management), as well as postgraduate studies in Project Management and an MBA program in Leadership and Coaching.
She values teamwork, open communication, and commitment. She is also a mentor in numerous development programs, supports young talent, and is actively engaged in education, including serving as Vice-President of a community primary school. She has been involved in initiatives such as the Foundation for Women Leaders in Business, Wise & Young, and the Queen Hedvig Academy.
Privately, she is passionate about travel, the mountains, Italy, and literature. She also devotes her free time to deepening her knowledge of the art market.
