Michał Kochanowski-Laren has joined Avison Young Poland’s Technical Advisory and Project Management team as Project Manager. In his new role, he is responsible for delivering a variety of consultancy projects across all segments of the commercial real estate market in Poland.
Michał is an electrical engineer and a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology. He is an experienced Project and Quality Engineer with a strong track record in managing complex technical projects across all commercial real estate sectors, including critical infrastructure such as data centres.
He specialises in ensuring compliance with stringent standards, supervising work quality and coordinating multidisciplinary teams on high-risk projects. Michał has extensive experience managing the full project lifecycle – from concept and design through to execution and handover. He is proficient in analysing technical documentation, identifying and mitigating risks, and working closely with clients to deliver high-quality outcomes.
