New promotions at Avison Young in Poland
Avison Young has announced the following promotions in its Poland office.
Patryk Błach has been promoted to Associate Director. Patryk is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Warsaw. He gained his professional experience at companies such as McKinsey & Company, Accenture and PwC. He joined Avison Young’s investment advisory department in 2021 and has since been promoted three times, most recently to the position of Associate Director. During this time, he has had the opportunity to participate in numerous advisory projects and sales transactions, such as the sale of the Signum Work Station office building in Warsaw and providing commercial advisory services for the purchase of the Quick Park shopping centre in Mysłowice.
Kamil Głowienka has been promoted to Senior Project Manager. Kamil has been involved in the real estate and construction market for more than 10 years, is an engineer with an unlimited construction management license in the construction and civil engineering speciality, as well as historic buildings. He gained professional experience both in Poland and abroad (Spain, China), working for companies such as Warbud, Emmco Pomorze, Rivervial Grupo Constructor, and White Star Real Estate. Most recently Kamil has been responsible for delivering comprehensive technical advisory projects, including technical due diligence. Notably, he oversaw the modernisation project of the historic Czerwone Koszary in Gdańsk, which was transformed into the Noli Gdańsk Old Town co-living development.
Katarzyna Uzar has been promoted to Valuation and Innovation Specialist. Katarzyna has been with the Valuation and Advisory department at Avison Young for two years. In addition to actively participating in commercial property valuation projects carried out by the Valuation and Advisory department, in her new role, Katarzyna will focus on identifying opportunities for improvement within the team. Her responsibilities will include coordinating innovation-related projects and implementing new tools, software and technological solutions to streamline the department’s work. Katarzyna will also collaborate with other Avison Young teams around the world.
