New RICS member at JLL Slovakia

JLL Bratislava announced that Lukáš Králik, Senior Consultant at the Office Agency team, became the newest member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in the field of Commercial Real Estate.

With this accreditation, JLL raised the number of RICS accredited professionals to eight and continues to hold the highest number of RICS members on the Slovak real estate market with a focus on valuation, research and advisory, commercial property as well as project and development services.

In the last 7 years, Lukáš has been involved in significant office and tenant representation transactions in the Slovak real estate market. He facilitated new business addresses or renegotiated existing lease contracts for local and international clients such as Adidas, AON Benfield, Beiersdorf, CGI, CS Cargo, Hyundai, Novo Nordisk, P3 Logistic Parks, Pernod & Ricard, Philip Morris, P&G, RESCO, Servier, Vertiv, Velux and others.

Lukas is strongly focused on providing strategic advisory and complex professional services to tenants and landlords in terms of leasing, acquisitions, and disposals of their office real estate in Slovakia. During the first three quarters of 2022, the JLL Office Agency team in Slovakia transacted 21,000 sqm of new leases, renegotiations and expansions.

Lukáš has over 7 years of experience in the Slovak and CEE real estate markets. As part of the JLL Office Agency team, Lukáš provides strategic advisory and complex professional services focused on tenant representation, leasing, acquisitions and disposals of all classes of office properties in Slovakia. Before joining JLL, he worked as Sales Director in a trading company where he polished his communication & negotiation skills. Lukas holds a strong client focus and is very detail-oriented. Lukas holds a Master’s degree from the University of Economics, Faculty of Economic Informatics in Bratislava, Slovakia.
