Paweł Zieliński has joined the Office Agency team as a Senior Consultant. With years of experience in the office leasing market, he has worked with companies like Dom Development, Nuvalu, and most recently, CPI Property Group. There, he managed the commercialization of several office buildings in Warsaw, including Central Tower, Atrium Centrum, Atrium Plaza, Prosta 69, and WFC.
At Avison Young, Paweł is reuniting with a team he has previously collaborated with. He will assist tenants in finding new office spaces and renegotiating contracts in Warsaw and other Polish cities.
Avison Young launched its Office Agency division in mid-2022, bringing in a complete team of market experts. Since then, the team has completed numerous significant transactions with both commercial and public sector clients, including one of the largest deals in the Polish office leasing market in 2024.
