
New Transaction Director at Recorde Asset Management
Recorde Asset Management announced the appointment of Christofer Pehrsson as new Transaction Director. In his role, Chris’s primary responsibilities include the coordination of investment/divestment transaction processes, sourcing and underwriting of new opportunities and liaising with various strategic partners and stakeholders. He will also have oversight and provide support with regard to asset management decisions and initiatives within Recorde’s existing portfolio.
Chris brings on board vast professional experience in commercial property investment and analysis. Before joining Recorde in the summer, he was Director of Capital Markets at CBRE Hungary, where he spent ten years in various roles focused on advising an international roster of institutional and private clients on a variety of investments as well as market strategy. He has been directly involved in transactions with an aggregate value exceeding €1 billion over the last five years.
Recorde is an alternative investment fund manager established in 2023 as a member of the Concorde Group, to build a leading pan-European real estate investment platform by leveraging strategic project sponsor and limited partner relationships. The company manages tailored, project-specific funds with a GP-LP equity structure, facilitating selective allocation with strong alignment of interest and superior risk-adjusted returns. Since its establishment, the company has launched six funds with exposure to logistics, accommodation and office investments.
Chris holds a BA (Hons) degree in Business Management from Regent’s University London and has completed Columbia Business School’s Real Estate Investment Strategies program. He is trilingual in English, Hungarian and Swedish.
