Newmark appoints Regional Director for Industrial and Warehouse
Maciej Skurczyński, an expert with 12 years of experience in commercial real estate, has joined international real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska as Regional Director in its Industrial and Warehouse Department. His key responsibilities include representing tenants in relocations and lease renegotiations across the Mazovia region.

Before joining Newmark Polska, Maciej Skurczyński spent nearly five years at Panattoni, where he served as Senior Leasing Manager. Previously, as Leasing Director at White Stone, he led the commercialisation of the company’s entire property portfolio and renegotiated long-term leases, including during the challenging pandemic period. He also gained professional experience at BNP Paribas Real Estate, where, as Senior Consultant in the Office Department, he represented property owners and managed leasing processes. Earlier in his career, he worked at Kancelaria Brochocki. Maciej Skurczyński holds a degree in Real Estate Management from Lazarski University and completed postgraduate studies in Real Estate Valuation at the Warsaw University of Technology. Throughout his career, he has worked with several leading companies, including Rhenus Logistics, Action, IGS Schreiner, Forte, PKO BP, Bank Millennium, mBank, Jeronimo Martins, Levi’s, and Gomez.
