Dorota Suchodolska has joined Nhood Services Poland as Business Development Director. She will be responsible for developing and executing a new business growth strategy, strengthening cooperation with existing and prospective partners, and expanding the client portfolio across the commercial real estate sector.
Suchodolska brings 20 years of industry experience, with expertise spanning asset and property management, transaction support, construction and remodelling projects, as well as Commercial Due Diligence and ESG. Over the course of her career, she has managed a broad range of assets, including shopping centres, retail parks, mixed-use schemes, and logistics and industrial properties.
She previously held positions such as Asset Manager and Head of Property Management Operations and was involved in building the Property Management department at Balmain Group. Her professional track record includes cooperation with international investors such as NEPI Rockcastle, Tristan Capital Partners, Stage Capital, Adventum, Mitiska REIM, DWS, LCube, Leoff, and Rockspring Investment.
