Peakside appoints Head of Project Management in Poland

Peakside Capital Advisors is strengthening its team in Poland by expanding its capabilities in investment management and development project execution. Łukasz Meisner has joined the company as Head of Project Management. He will be responsible for overseeing Peakside’s investment projects in Poland, including the delivery of key developments within the City Point, Urban Parks and Peakside Industrial logistics platforms.

In his new role, Łukasz Meisner will lead the project team responsible for the entire investment cycle – from planning and conceptual design, through the construction phase, to the handover of completed assets to tenants. His responsibilities will include coordinating construction activities, supervising general contractors, controlling budgets and schedules, as well as implementing solutions that support the company’s ESG strategy and enhance the operational efficiency of its projects.

Łukasz Meisner is an experienced real estate specialist with expertise in managing investment projects and formal-legal processes. He has overseen numerous developments in the warehouse, logistics and industrial sectors, where he was responsible for coordinating construction works, supervising budgets, and implementing optimal technical and cost solutions.

Before joining Peakside Capital Advisors, Łukasz Meisner worked at 7R, where he was responsible for coordinating investment preparation, overseeing agreements with general contractors, liaising with local authorities, and ensuring that works were compliant with project documentation and lease agreements. He previously gained experience at companies such as Panattoni Development Europe, Trebbi Polska, Waimea Holding, Strabag and Polimex Energetyka.

Łukasz Meisner graduated from the Kraków University of Technology, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Technology and Construction Management.
