Peakside strengthens CEE team with new Head of Portfolio Management

Peakside Capital Advisors is strengthening its team in the CEE region. Krzysztof Wróblewski (MRICS) has joined the company as Head of Portfolio Management CEE and will be responsible for overseeing investments and managing the real estate portfolio. He succeeds Christopher Smith in this role.

Krzysztof Wróblewski is a senior executive with more than 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, covering the full project lifecycle – from planning and feasibility analysis, through development and delivery, to commercialisation and value optimisation. He specialises in asset management, investment processes, and the development of commercial and residential projects. His expertise includes project and development management, investment appraisal, property valuation, acquisition and disposal processes, including due diligence, preparation and negotiation of project agreements, financial oversight, and cost optimisation.

Before joining Peakside Capital Advisors, Krzysztof Wróblewski worked with Master Management Group, where he was responsible for the expansion of a retail park portfolio, including overseeing construction, leasing, and financing activities.

Krzysztof Wróblewski completed postgraduate studies in Property Valuation at the Warsaw University of Technology and in Financial Management at the Warsaw School of International Trade and Finance.
