Avison Young strengthens its team to provide its clients with first-class office leasing services in the Czech Republic. Petr Florián who takes the role of Associate Director will be responsible for business development, office occupier services and developing a full range of services to be provided to office landlords and developers. Petr has almost nine years of experience in commercial real estate. Most recently as head of office and retail agency in the local brokerage firm 108 Agency. Prior to this role, Petr gained his experience in office teams in Savills and CBRE.
