Petr Houska Joins Crestpoint Capital Partners
Crestpoint Capital Partners, a private equity real estate advisory and investment company, is expanding its partnership and expertise. Renowned real estate professional Petr Houska, MRICS, has joined the company as a new managing partner. He brings with him 15 years of experience in (re)development and sustainable construction of both commercial and residential properties. At Crestpoint Capital Partners, Petr will be responsible for active asset management, including oversight of (re)development and construction projects.
Founded by Tomáš Jandík, CFA, MRICS – former CEO of the largest Czech real estate fund for retail investors – Crestpoint Capital Partners specializes in real estate advisory services, investment management, and joint venture mandates across the office, retail, and logistics sectors, covering the full risk spectrum of investment strategies. Headquartered in Prague, the firm operates primarily in the Czech Republic and Poland.

Within Crestpoint Capital Partners, Tomáš Jandík is responsible for transactions, asset management and financing, while Petr Houska will lead active asset management, including (re)development and construction projects. Petr has been active in the Czech real estate market for 15 years and has participated in the development of commercial properties worth more than €400 million. He has held positions in leading development and consulting firms operating in the Czech Republic.
As Project Director at Skanska Commercial Development Czech Republic, he was responsible for the preparation and execution of some of the well-known office projects in Prague, totalling 150,000 sqm. These included landmark developments such as Port7, Parkview, Praga Studios, and Visionary – all of which achieved the highest ratings in international environmental certifications and set new standards for sustainable construction in the Prague real estate market.
As a consultant, Petr has been involved in over 100 office, industrial, hotel, and residential real estate projects with a total investment value exceeding €2 billion. He is a graduate of the Czech Technical University in Prague, a LEED Accredited Professional, and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
