Piotr Kurczak Named Operations Director, Industry Segments, ISS
ISS, a workplace and facility management company, announced the appointment of Piotr Kurczak as the new Operations Director, Industry segment in Poland and the Baltics at ISS, effective April 1, 2025.
Piotr Kurczak brings extensive operational expertise, a proven ability to cultivate long-term relationships with Key Accounts and a strategic approach to his responsibilities. In his new role, he will oversee the management of operations within the industrial and manufacturing sectors, ensuring the highest standards of service and driving the strategic growth of the organization.

Piotr joined ISS in 2020 as an Account Director, where he was responsible for managing a team of several hundred people on one of ISS’s largest contracts in the industrial and manufacturing segment. He successfully implemented business strategies, translating them into specific operational and financial objectives, resulting in significant cost savings and enhanced efficiency in managed contracts.
Piotr possesses international experience in managing operations within the facility management and retail sectors. He has led teams in executing growth strategies in B2B markets. His expertise lies in organizational restructuring, efficiency optimization, and building robust client relationships. He is recognized for his strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and pragmatic approach to management.
